test(sniffing): add 20 unit tests, coverage from 34.2% to 58.9%
Add tests for Sniff/isHTTP protocol detection, setHeader, h2Handler.ServeHTTP (mock RoundTripper), HandleHTTP bypass/body-recording, HandleTLS error path, handleUpgradeResponse websocket path, and copyWebsocketFrame read error.
